Baked Chicken and Rice

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 lb. white rice
2-3 14 oz. cans of Swanson chicken broth with garlic seasoning
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400. Cut chicken into small pieces. Combine broth
and cream of chicken soup into separate bowl, mix well. Pour rice,
chicken, and broth mix in baking pan, stir to ensure all rice is
wet. Cover and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
Great as a lone dish or with side dishes.
