Frank Macaroni Pie

List of Ingredients
1 c. uncooked macaroni rings (3 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 t. salt
dash pepper
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
2 frankfurters, thinly sliced
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1 egg
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 t. dried oregano leaves
Recipe
Cook macaroni as directed on pkg.;
drain. Mix macaroni, cottage cheese,
beaten egg, salt, pepper, cheddar
cheese and frankfurter slices. Pour
into greased 9x1 1/4" pie plate. Arrange
tomato slices on top. Mix egg,
Parmesan cheese and oregano; pour
over tomatoes. Cook uncovered in 350°
oven until bubbly, 25 to 30 min. Makes
5 servings.
