List of Ingredients
2 lb. Southern-style frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. margarine, melted
2 C. sour cream
2 C. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 C. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 C. grated or shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 C. crushed cornflakes
1/4 C. melted margarine
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients except topping. Mix well. Place mixture in 9 x
13 greased pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake
350° for 1 hour. Serves 8.
