List of Ingredients
1 lb ground beef browned and drained
6 medium potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
1 lb carrots scraped and sliced
1 onion sliced (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (15 oz) mixed with 1 can milk
Recipe
Layer potatoes carrots onion browned beef and soup mix in lightly
greased casserole bowl. Make at least 2 layers maybe 3. (I usually mix the
soup and milk in with the browned hamburger. Be sure burger mix or
soup mix is last.) Cover and Bake 350 degrees about 1 hour til vegetables
are done. Serve hot.
