List of Ingredients
2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 1 c. butter or margarine
2 t. salt
1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives (opt.)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1 to 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 (8 oz. can cr. of mushroom soup
1 lb. broad noodles
2 c. grated American cheese
Recipe
In lg. skillet sauté green peppers,
celery, onions and ground meat in
hot butter; add salt. Reduce heat;
cook 5 min. Stir in olives,
mushrooms and liquid and soups;
cook 5 min. Cook noodles following
box directions; drain. Turn noodles
into baking pans; add sauce. Gently
stir until mixed; sprinkle grated
cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 35
min. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
