Leftover Roast Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c. cut up beef
1/2 c. onion, sliced thin (saute)
1 c. celery soup or mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
3 c. potatoes, sliced
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Recipe
Arrange in casserole dish, 3 cups potatoes mixed with the other
ingredients.
Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2
to 2 hours.
