List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes peeled
1/4 cup skim milk
pepper
1 lb. very lean ground sirloin
1 lg. onion, chop fine
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 med. carrots, chopped
1/2 cup green peas, fresh or frozen
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. cornstarch
2 Tbs. cold water
Recipe
Boil potatoes and mash with milk and pepper until smooth. Keep warm.
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat heavy non--stick skillet over med.-high heat. Add meat and saute,
stir occasionally 4-5 min until done. Drain well. Add onion and cook
until onions are clear, 4-5 min.
Add next 7 ing. Simmer, uncovered, 15 min.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir unto meat. Spoon into ungreased
9x13 baking dish. Spread potatoes over meat, use fork for texture.
Bake 30-35 min. or light brown.
