1 (28 oz) bag of Tater Tots
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 (10 oz) bag of frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Recipe
Mix together ground beef, onion, soups, and veggies in a large bowl.
Put in
a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and top
with
rows of tater tots. (Put the tots close together or they will sink).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and bake at 350
degrees for
45 minutes, then uncover and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until
tater
tots are browned.
