List of Ingredients
1 - 9" deep dish frozen pie shell (Bake pie shell
according to directions.)
3-5 tomatoes (three large, 5 medium)
salt & pepper
1/2 cup Mayo
1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
garlic to taste
Recipe
Peel tomatoes and drain in paper towels. Sprinkle with
salt & pepper (mostly pepper).
(make sure you slice thes early and let them drain
very well) Layer tomatoes in the pie shell.
Mix together for topping (this can be made up to 24
hours ahead of time)
1/2 cup Mayo
1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
garlic to taste
Spoon on top of tomatoes and bake at 400 for 30
minutes. (You may want to put
foil on the edge of crust to keep it from burning)
