    Instant mashed potatoes for 4 servings
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 t. salt
    4 or 5 drops red pepper sauce
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
    1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
    1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)

    Prepare mashed potatoes as directed
    on pkg. except, omit salt. Gradually
    stir in eggs, salt and pepper sauce.
    Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into
    ungreased 1 qt. casserole. Cook
    uncovered in 375° oven until golden
    brown, 40 to 45 min. Makes 4 servings.
