Tuna Rice Bake

1 1/2 c. shredded process American cheese (6 oz.)
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
2 T. snipped parsley
2 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
Recipe
Heat 3/4 c. of the cheese and the
remaining ingredients to boiling in 2 qt.
saucepan, stirring occasionally. Pour
into ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole or
10x6x1 1/2" baking dish. Sprinkle
remaining cheese on top. Cover and cook
in 350° oven until rice is tender and liquid
is absorbed, 20 to 35 min. Makes 6
servings.
