1/2 QUART OF CHICKEN BROTH FROM CHICKEN PREP
1 /2 QUART OF WATER
2-3 TEASPOONS CORNSTARCH
1 EGG
Green onion tops sliced thinly
Recipe
Dilute chicken broth with water. Add cornstarch, stirring
constantly. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Beat egg in small bowl.
Stirring constantly pour egg slowly into soup so it makes ribbons.
Garnish with green onion slices.
