Cinnamon Toast Spread

1 cup butter -- softened
2 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
Recipe
Mix all ingredients until spreadable. Resist the urge to add more
butter. It
would be easier to spread but make the flavor too bland. Store in
covered
container in refrigerator if you used butter, on Kitchen shelf if you
used
margarine. Spread on hot toast, as desired.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
