    1 can jellied cranberry sauce (16 oz)
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    2 t. ground ginger
    1/4 t. ground cinnamon
    1/8 t. ground black pepper
    1/8 t. ground allspice
    1 T. flour
    2 T. hot water

    Recipe



    In a large pan, combine first 7 ingredients over medium heat. Bring to
    a
    boil. In a small bowl, stir flour and water together to make a paste.
    Add flour
    paste to cranberry mixture, stirring until mixture thickens. Remove
    from heat.
    Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. Store
    in an
    airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with meat or cream cheese and
    crackers.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups ketchup.
