    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. powdered milk
    dash of salt

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa, sugar, water, powdered milk, salt and
    corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until

    mixture boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add butter and vanil-

    la. Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator.

    Heat and serve over ice cream.
