Serve warm over bread pudding, gingerbread and pound cake
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (zest)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine sugar and cornstarch in microwave safe bowl. Stir in water.
Microwave
on high, uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add butter,
lemon, and
salt. Mix well.
