List of Ingredients
2 cups cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp paprika
3 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcehster sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
3 Tbsp ground pepper
1 cup water
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room
temperature
before using.
Now, I will marinate chicken in this sauce to cook on the grill the
next
day. You can also use this to make pulled pork sandwiches:
Place a 3 pound boneless pork butt in a crock pot and cover with the
sauce.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (or high for 6
hours)
until the pork is falling apart. Transfer pork to a cutting board and
pull
the meat into shreds with two forks. Return to the sauce and keep
warm.
When ready to serve, spoon the pork and sauce over warmed Kaiser rolls
or
onion rolls.
