    Raisin Sauce for Baked Ham

    2 cups raisins
    2 cups water
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Cook this together until raisins are plump.

    Mix together apprx. 2 TBS. cornstarch and 1 cup cold water. Stir
    this into simmering raisin mixture until thickened.

    Serve over baked ham slices.
