    3 tb Brown sugar
    1 tb Cornstarch
    1/2 c Orange juice
    1 pt Strawberries; sliced
    2 tb Butter
    1/2 c Blueberries; optional

    Recipe



    combine sugar, cornstarch, and
    orange juice.

    Heat in saucepan until thickened, add strawberries.

    Use to top pancakes and garnish with blueberries.
