2 10 oz. cans of Stewed tomatoes (dice up larger chucks)
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water

In larger skillet fry up the onion, than add stewed tomatoes..bring to
boil
..than simmer
make a paste like mixture with flour and water to thicken up the
sauce..you
can add salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder also
sometimes I add chopped clove of garlic with onion when frying.....
