this really tastes best made with the instant milk.
We were out of instant and used canned and it was good but
instant was much better.
List of Ingredients
1 quart:
3 2/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups instant non fat powdered milk
6-8 tablespoons flour
seasonings to taste
Recipe
mix in blender...to advoid lumps.
Pour into pot and while stirring constantly bring to a
boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and while
still constantly stirring cook over low heat until
thickened and floury taste is gone.
