    CRUST

    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
    2 cup flour

    FILLING

    4 eggs; beaten
    4 tbsp flour
    2 cup sugar
    1 pinch salt
    6 tbsp key lime juice
    1 tsp baking powder
    confectioners' sugar

    Recipe



    Mix the crust ingredients
    together and pat into a 9x12-inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
    Watch carefully!

    For FILLING:

    Beat together the eggs, sugar, and
    lime juice.

    Add the flour, salt, and baking powder.

    Mix and pour on top of the crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle the top with confectioners'
    sugar and cut into bars.
