Recipe Introduction
for a nice twist, substitute half unsweetened
applesauce or mashed
bananas for the low fat yogurt. The applesauce doesn't
change the taste at
all, but the bananas add a nice flavor.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups sugar
2/3 cups fat free vanilla yogurt (or use plain yogurt and 1
tsp
vanilla extract)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together until well mixed and glossy.
Bake in 8x8
pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35
minutes. Top with FF
Cool whip.
16 servings, 2 points each
(Individual brownies: mix 2 Tablespoons cocoa mix and 1
Tablespoon FF
yogurt.
Stir until glossy. Microwave on high 1 minute.
Recipe Notes:
I have made them with Splenda and did not have a problem.
Make single
servings using 4 Tablespoons of mix and 2 Tablespoons of
yogurt or
applesauce.
Microwave on high for 15 seconds. 2 points each
