2 CUPS RAISINS
2 CUPS NUTS (CHOPPED)
2 CANS CRUSHED PINEAPPLES (8-¼ OZ EACH_ RESERVE ABOUT 1 TO 2
TABLESPOONS PINEAPPLE JUICE.
Recipe
HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGARS UNTIL CREAM, ADD EGGS AND VANILLA; BEAT
WELL.
ADD COMBINED FLOUR, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON AND SALT MIX WELL. STIR IN
OATS, RAISINS, NUTS AND CRUSHED PINEAPPLE WITH ALITTLE PINEAPPLE JUICE
MIX WELL.
DROP BE ROUNDED TABLESPOONS ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES.
COOL 1 MINUTE ON COOKIE SHEET, REMOVE TO WIRE RACK.
