PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS

Bar:
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet
chocolate chips
Glaze:
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
3 to 5 tsp. milk
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Lightly
spoon flour into measuring cup. level off. In large bowl,
combine all bar ingredients except chocolate chips at low speed
until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of
prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until
golden brown. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. Let
stand for 5 minutes, spread evenly. In small bowl, combine all
glaze ingredients. Drizzle over chocolate frosting. Cool
completely, cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
