1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 2/3 c. BLM
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. BLM
2 (3 oz.) cans French fried
onion rings, crushed
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add milk,
sugar, egg and BLM. Stir until well mixed and turn onto
floured board and knead about 30 times. Roll dough in
rectangle, about 6 x 24-inches. Cut into 32 strips. Combine
eggs,
butter and BLM. Dip each strip into this mixture. Roll
in crushed onion rings and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8
to
10 minutes at 375 degrees.
