List of Ingredients
1 cup of sliced onion
12 skinless chicken thighs (I used legs b/c it was what I had)
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1 T beef bouillon
1 tsp. of vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Place onion in cooker. Arrange chicken over onion. Combine all other
ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon over chicken ensuring you cover
every piece. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. or high for 3-4 hrs.
Serves 4-6.
