Crock Pot Parmesan Potatoes

List of Ingredients
5 cups peeled, sliced potatoes, (about 5 or 6 potatoes)
6 slices hard salami or 1 cup cooked ham, finely diced
1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup, undiluted
Salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Layer all ingredients, in the order listed, in a buttered 3-1/2 quart
crock
pot. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 7 to 8 hours.
Yield: 4 servings.
Note: This recipe is easily doubled, using a larger crock pot.
