BAKED CHOCOLATE PUDDING

1 c. flour 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. white sugar 1/4 tsp. salt
6 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. water
2 tsp. melted oleo 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
Recipe
Sift together flour, 3/4 c. white sugar, salt, 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa &
baking powder; add next 4 ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased 9" cake
pan. Cover all with a mixture of remaining white sugar, brown sugar &
remaining cocoa; pour water over all. This forms a frosting over the
pudding. Bake at 350° for 45 min. Yield: 8 servings. I always double this
& use a 9x13" oblong pan, the small pan is never enough!
