FUNNEL CAKES

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
enough powdered sugar to
sprinkle over the tops
after the cakes are done
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Pour enough oil in a pan
approximately 2 inches deep or pour it into a deep fryer.
Then
let the oil get very hot. Pour the batter through a funnel
into the hot oil moving it in a circular motion then
crisscross
until you make the size of a large doughnut. When lightly
browned, remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
While
their hot, top with powdered sugar.
