    2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup peach liqueur
    2 T. sugar
    4 crisp rolled cookies

    Recipe



    In a blender container, place frozen peaches, whipping cream, peach
    liqueur,
    and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
    Serve
    with cookies. Serves 4
