Cold Pinto Bean Salsa

2/3 cup olive oil
4 T. white wine vinegar
1/8 t. fresh cracked lemon pepper
1/8 t. allspice
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and blend well with wire whisk. Make 1 cup.
Chill
fresh or canned, well rinsed and drained pinto or other beans, or a
combination,
for several hours. Just before serving, add 1/2 cup diced onion and 1/4
cup
diced jalapeno to beans. Toss well with the above salsa.
