CREAMY EGG SALAD

List of Ingredients
1 package cream cheese -- (3 ounces) softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup green pepper -- finely chopped OR 1/4 cup sweet
red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- minced
8 eggs -- hard-cooked, chopped
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until
smooth. Add green pepper, celery, relish and parsley. Fold in eggs.
Refrigerate until serving.
