you have to use LEFTOVER RICE or if using
fresh
rice. Make the rice....spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray and
spread it
out on it......throw it in a 350 for 10 minutes.....stir.....another
10. This
will dry out the rice.
Orrrrrrrrrrr if you have made rice....stick in the fridge for 2
days.....It'll be dried that way too. The drying it what eliminates
the moisture.
In a big wok or pan ......fry some onion, garlic, carrot or whatever
you
like....add the rice, protein of whatever sort (chicken, bbq,
turkey)......couple
good shots of soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
FABULOUS!
