1 c. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. bisquick like mix
1 six to 8 ounce can of fish
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dill weed
Recipe
Combine milk, eggs, oil and pancake mix. Stir until
smooth. Add half of fish. Lightly oil and heat griddle.
Cook pancakes. Meanwhile, combine remaining fish, sour
cream
and dill weed. Serve on pancakes. Makes 12
