2 c. salmon
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. soft brad crumbs
1 T. grated onion
1 t. melted butter
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Recipe
Drain salmon; reserve liquid. Remove
skin and bones, keeping meat in lg.
walnut sized chunks. combine salmon
and remaining ingredients with hands,
taking care not to break salmon pieces.
Add reserved salmon liquid. Place in
buttered casserole; set casserole in pan
of water. Bake at 350°. Serve with
baked potatoes, green beans, cabbage
salad and corn bread. makes 6 servings.
