Easy Cream Cheese Clouds

1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 box frozen strawberries, thawed
Chopped nuts


Recipe



Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla t medium speed on electric mixer.
Gradually add heavy cream and whip until thickened. Line cookie sheet
with waxed
paper. Divide mixture into 10 "clouds" on paper. Using the back of a
teaspoon,
shape each cloud into an indented shell. Freeze 2 hours or overnight.
When ready,
fill with strawberries, or the fruit filling of your choice. Sprinkle
chopped
nuts on top.
