3 apples sliced (� to � inch thick), cored, not peeled
Bacon drippings or oil with a bit of butter
brown or white sugar
ground cinnamon
Recipe
Saut� apples until colored and tender, but not mushy. Add sugar and
cook to rich color. Apples should maintain shape.
Remove from skillet and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
