4 cups fruit, fresh or canned, drained
1/4 cup sugar, omit if using canned fruit
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbs margarine
1 egg white
Recipe
Combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in an 8x8" baking
dish. Toss well.
In a bowl, combine oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine and
egg white til mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over
fruit mix.
Bake at 350 deg for about 40 min.
