    List of Ingredients




    1 C. milk
    1/4 C. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 C. packed brown sugar
    1/2 C. Bisquick mix
    1 C. chopped pecans

    For Sweetened Whipped Cream:

    1 C. heavy whipping cream
    2 T. powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Spray a 9 X 1 1/4 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Place all
    ingredients except pecans and sweetened whipped cream in blender. Cover and
    blend on HIGH speed about 1 minute or until smooth, or beat in medium bowl
    with electric mixer on high speed about 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until set and knife inserted in center comes
    out clean. Serve warm or cold with Sweetened Whipped Cream.

    For Sweetened Whipped Cream:

    1 C. heavy whipping cream
    2 T. powdered sugar

    Beat ingredients in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high
    speed until soft peaks form. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes 8
    servings.
