    Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    Oil - 2-3 tblspn
    salt - 1/4 th tspn
    water - enough to make into a stiff dough.

    Recipe



    Mix the above ingrdients with required amount of water
    to make a dough. Add just a small quantity of wateer
    initially and add little by littel to make a dough.not
    too stiff.not too soft
    keep for at least 2-3 hours covered by a muslin cloth
    to retain moisture

    then make samll lemon sized balls and roll out into
    round shapes like a circle. Use wheat flour to dust if
    required if the dough is sticky or too moist.

    Once rolled out it will be ready to fry. Heat Oil and
    a large bottomed pan and heat oil till you can feel
    the heat on ur plam when placed above th eoil. Do not
    let it smoke. Put these rolled out puris into th eoil
    and turn around till golden brown. Shift onto tissue
    to drain oil. They will be crip when eaten.

    For variations, you can add finely chopped mint leaves
    or spinach leaves into the dough before rolling it
    out. Beast eaten with any spicy curry or kids even
    like it sweet curds.My niece has it rolled up with
    jam. the variations are endless.
