1 beaten egg
Recipe
Work BLM into egg.
Roll and stretch dough to paper thinness.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares or regular noodle
strips.
Cover lightly with a towel and allow to dry at least 6
hours.
Drop into simmer broth or thin gravy.
Cover and cook gently about 15 minutes or until tender.
