    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe is for a dry mix to which you can add water for a great
    cream soup substitute. You can store it in a canister like you do
    with flour and sugar. It makes several cups of cream soup.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 cups flour ( or 1 1/2 cups cornstarch)
    2 cups dry milk
    1/2 cup bouillon powder
    2 T. onion powder
    1 t. basil
    1 t. oregano
    1 t. pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a plastic container. When making a
    casserole, combine 1/2 cup flour or 1/3 cup cornstarch with 1 1/2
    cups water; this make the equivalent of one can of cream soup.
    Combine with the other casserole ingredients.
