Cream of Mushroom Soup

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed & chopped
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup half and half
Recipe
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 3-4 minutes, stir
occasionally.
Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth, water, salt and pepper
and
cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add half and half
and
heat through stirring constantly. Do not let boil. 5-6 servings.
