    4 C powdered Milk
    2 c Sugar
    1 c Water
    1/2 c Butter (not oleo)

    Recipe



    Bring sugar and water to a boil. cool 5 minutes. Put into a blender and
    add
    powdered milk. Slice butter into the blender and blend for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Makes 1 wuart. store in fridge. Can be mixed with a mixer.
