    1 beaten egg
    2 T. milk
    1/2 t. salt
    Add enough of
    1 c. sifted all purpose flour
    to make stiff dough.

    Recipe



    Roll very thin on
    floured surface. Let stand 20 min. Roll
    up loosely; slice 1/4" wide. Unroll, spread
    out, and let dry 2 hours. To cook, drop
    noodles into boiling soup or boiling salted
    water. Cook uncovered about 10 min.
    Makes 3 c. cooked noodles. Note: To
    store for later use, place uncooked
    noodles in plastic bag.
