1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in
1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Garlic Herb
, divided
1/2 cup prepared French salad dressing
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice,
undrained
Recipe
1. Heat lightly oiled nonstick skillet over
medium-high. Add chicken and 1 tablespoon 1 Step;
cook and stir 5 minutes.
2. Add salad dressing, remaining seasoning and
pineapple. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cook and
stir uncovered, 5 minutes or until done. Serve over
rice.
Variation: Cook 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
with chicken.
