Cocktail Meatballs in Barbecue Sauce

List of Ingredients
---Meatballs---
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
---Sauce---
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz)
1 can chopped ripe olives -- (4.5 oz)
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
To make meatballs:
Mix all ingredients (except butter) well. Form into tiny balls.
Brown in
butter. Makes about 4 dozen meatballs.
To make sauce:
Saute onion in butter until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and
simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Combine well with meatballs in
chafing
dish. Serve with toothpicks for spearing.
