Easy Teriyaki Meatballs

1 T. soy sauce
1 T. water
2 t. sugar
1/4 t. dehydrated onion
Dash garlic powder
Dash ginger
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Allow to stand for
10
minutes. Combine ground beef and bread crumbs. Work together until well
blended.
Add soy sauce mixture. Roll into 3/4" balls. Deep fry at 350 for 10
minutes.
Drain well. Serve with warmed catsup and mustard. Always a crowd
pleaser. Makes
6 to 8 servings
