FLANK STEAK WITH TERIYAKI GLAZE

Comments: I cooked two flank steaks (1-1/2 pounds each) with this
amount of marinade. If you can't grill outside, this works well with
broiling in oven
List of Ingredients
Marinade:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce, optional
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Recipe
In a medium size bowl whisk together all ingredients. Place flank
steak into a Ziploc bag and then pour marinade over and soak 3 to 4
hours minimum in the refrigerator and over night is best. Take meat
out of refrigerator about 1 hour before cooking. Grill over hot
coals 7 minutes on each side turning a couple of times. Allow to
rest about 15 minutes before slicing and then serve.
You can test the meat for doneness by pressing with the meat tongs…
the more firm the meat…the more done!
